In the late 1980s, the composite body exterior covering has been widely promoted and applied, including the engine hood cover, fender, door, roof, guide cover, back door and so on. In recent years, BMW and other companies have cooperated with carbon fiber manufacturers to develop all-carbon fiber composite body, such as BMW I3, BMW 7 Series, etc., are all or partially using carbon fiber composite parts.

Our company has many years of experience in the production of carbon fiber composite materials, especially in the field of automobiles. We have produced carbon fiber auto parts with BMW China, Hummer, Jaguar and other automobile companies, and cooperated with Chery Automobile, BYD, Great Wall Automobile in RTM molding process projects. Today, our company has mastered the high-pressure RTM (HP-RTM) technology, which is a new research and development technology for the high-scale and high-quality production of carbon fiber or other fibers developed by BMW in 2014. No company in China has fully nationalized all equipment like Hengjixing and realized the design and production of assembly lines.
